Our Story

​Deon Botha, born in Constantia, Cape Town, has 2 sons and 2 daughters. He has been married to their mother, Shireen, for a wonderful 33 years. Deon attended Wittebome High School, and after leaving school started working for a well-established picture framing company in Wynberg from 1986 to 2011.

It is here that he learnt to master the skill of picture-framing, cutting mount boards, and glass. His other duties included the delivering, and hanging of frames, mirrors, and works of art for clients across the Western Cape. 

In 2011 he joined The Framery Art Gallery in Regent Road, Sea Point as their picture-framer where he worked until the Gallery closed in March 2022.

Relying on many years of experience, Deon started his own business with Shireen working by his side. He has a solid reputation for quality, and professional workmanship, and has loyal, repeat business from his clients in Cape Town, especially in the Sea Point and Camps Bay area. Today, Deon and Shireen continue to grow a strong new client base from their gallery in Regent Road, Sea Point.
